Simbo Adeeko-Osoba is a legal practitioner with over 7 years of experience in corporate commercial Law and Transactions and particularly in mergers and acquisitions, project finance, structured finance, capital markets, corporate finance and corporate (formation and restructuring). She holds an MBA from Hult International Business School in Boston, Massachusetts and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Lagos in Nigeria. In addition to graduating at the top of her class at the University of Lagos, Simbo was on the Dean’s List for excellent academic performance during her MBA at Hult. She is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK. Simbo has practised as a legal associate at the Lagos-based firms of G. Elias & Co and Templars where she gained extensive experience advising private equity investors, large companies, government agencies and multinationals.
