Meet Shade
Shade Shanu was called to the Nigerian Bar in November 2018. She has an appreciable knowledge in the field of corporate commercial Law and Transactions, particularly in company registration, Corporate (formation and restructuring), joint venture, due diligence, corporate restructuring, syndicated loan agreements, debt recovery, private equity investments transactions, and money lending investment. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. Shade is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, and hold a certificate of Deutsch Language proficiency. Shade started her career working as a legal associate in different Legal firms where she gained extensive experience in criminal and civil litigation, including commercial practice. Her aim as a legal practitioner is to use her knowledge in solving societal problems and providing practical solutions to complex business issues. She’s got excellent communication and inter-personal relation skills in building relationships with clients which result in delivering superior services and a five-star rating.
