Millhouse Legal Advisory is a fast-growing commercial law firm in Sub-Saharan region of Africa. Originally incorporated in 2008 as Akinla Alonge Akpomiemie and Akintomide LP, the Firm’s modern strategy made it change its name. Our track record of providing first class practical and sustainable legal solutions, both domestic and cross-border, in the fields of corporate and commercial law, banking and finance law, Property Law, Intellectual property law, Tax advisory, Employment & labour law, and dispute resolution, spans over a decade. 

Unlike many lawyers, we’re a modern, relationship-driven legal services provider and  we do not see our involvement in transactions as being simply to document our clients’ deals.  Rather, we offer innovative solutions to problems and we are active in developing transaction strategy and structure.
